TASHKENT, November, 21. The Soviets has bolstered its military presence in Asia. Moscow officials said Lenin has ordered a buildup of assets in Central Asia. They said the buildup is centered at Tashkent and includes at first some Siberian
Rifles regiments. Bolsheviks will ensure that family Romanov resided in Kashgar will be captured as soon as possible. Officials have assured China that the military buildup is not meant against the regime of China Warlords. But Red forces have already attacked few military posts at the China border. Red General Budennyj refused to discuss details of any plans to pressure China to surrender Romanovs. He said such decisions would be discussed by Lenin and other Moscow comrades. "I don't have anything else to add on that," the Bolsheviks commander said. "Lenin spoken on it. Trotzkij has spoken on it. I'll leave that to them."

KASHGAR, November, 21. General Sternwood was murdered last night. Carmen Sternwood, the daughter of the general:
"I was having a party last night and came home very late. I saw Norris, our Butler, standing there, by the bed of my father. A knife stuck in the breast of my father, he was dead! Norris said, he wasn't, but i don't believe him, i was always afraid of him". Police officials didn't want to comment this incrimination. Norris was arrested and is on remand.
